Order Process
Hearing Sheet
After your order is placed, we will send you a hearing form via email.
Please share your favorite photos, your pet’s details, and any memories or stories you would like to include.
Confirmation of Your Request
We will review your submitted information and send you a confirmation email regarding the composition and overall atmosphere of the artwork. Please let us know if you have any questions or requests.
Creation Period
Each piece is carefully created over approximately 1–2 months, honoring the feelings and memories you have shared.
There will be no progress updates during the process, as every step is completed with full care and intention.
Completion Notice
Once the artwork is finished, we will send you photos via email.
After your confirmation, we will proceed with shipping preparations.
Delivery
Your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped from the atelier.
We hope that from the very moment you open the box, you will feel a warm and meaningful connection.
